Who we are
Pulsebay Coworking is a brand and service provided by Pulsebay Private Limited, Pondicherry. We are providing coworking, virtual office, office space, meeting rooms services and bespoke space solutions (hereinafter referred to as the Services) from Pulsebay at its premise located at 388, Vazhudavur Main Road, Shanmugapuram, Pondicherry 605009, India. (hereinafter referred to as the Premise). This service term is on behalf of Pulsebay Private Limited for their coworking services called “Pulsebay” (hereinafter referred to as Pulsebay). The whole of the Premise remains the property of its Landlord and remains in Pulsebay’s possession and control. These service terms are bind to the Client and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Pulsebay may transfer the benefit of this Agreement and its obligations under it at any time with prior intimation and approval.
The Services are offered to Client conditioned on acceptance without modification, of the terms and conditions, contained in this service terms. Client’s use of the Service constitutes its agreement to the terms and conditions stated in their Agreement. Each person that uses the Service, or enters into a contract, in writing or online, on behalf of its employer or other third party, represents that such person is authorized to accept these terms on its employer’s or on third party’s behalf. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Terms of Service will govern the use of any new features that augment or enhance the current Services, including the release of new resources and services. In the case of any violation of these terms, Pulsebay reserves the right to cancel Services to Client immediately and seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.
Charges and Refund Policy
Monthly coworking charges are payable before 5th of every month. Any dues for 2 months or more will cause the termination of the Services. For late payments, Client has to pay an additional 2% penalty every day on the payment amount due. Pulsebay has right to deduct the monthly coworking charges from the security deposit in case of failure of payment. All our plans and service are not refundable and do not eligible for a refund.
There is a three-month refundable security deposit for the coworking service. Any applicable deductions in case of damages will be incurred as described in this agreement from the security deposit
Scope of Service
The client agrees to use our service as per the scope defined in the agreement at the defined rate. The client further agrees to abide by the house rules defined by Pulsebay. Pulsebay agrees to provide the same to the Client. Client can request for additional services subject to availability. Our tariff will be revised if there are any changes or revisions in the Power tariff by Local Electricity Department and the same will be intimated as early as possible. Our tariff will be revised every 3 years based on prior discussion.
Apart from the listed infrastructure below, Pulsebay does not provide any other infrastructure or amenities.

- Uninterrupted Power Supply
- Dedicated Internet Connection.
- Secured Premises –Only persons with ID card and visitor pass will be allowed inside.
- Pulsebay can place CCTV to the space provided to Client
- Pulsebay will maintain the infrastructure and amenities provided by Pulsebay to the Client. Any other infrastructure or amenities installed by the client is solely the client’s responsibility to maintain and upkeep.
- Pulsebay does not allow the client to place signage outside the premises, however a virtual office signboard containing the details about the company such as Company name, GST no, Director Name and Phone no will be placed by Pulsebay if the client is opting for a minimum of 5 seats and at least 1-year lock-in period.
- Pulsebay will provide on-demand IT support subject to charges.
Apart from the listed amenities below, Pulsebay does not provide any other infrastructure or amenities.

• 24 /7 Security
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Space provided including restrooms, dining area and other shared premises.
• Lift access to Dining Area
• Two 4 seater shared meeting room usage when available or not prebooked by anyone
• Two Wheeler Basement Parking
• Car parking subject to availability of space and other conditions.
• Access to filtered Drinking Water all the time
• Temperature Scanning, Logging and Compulsory Hand sanitisation for everyone entering the premises
• Access to Customer Lounge
The Client may also use the address for business correspondence. The Client is also permitted to use the Address as their registered office address and for obtaining License from Local Authority if the no of seats obtained is more than 5.
Client can receive mails at the “Designated Address”. If Client wants Pulsebay to receive Registered mails or Certified mails at the Address, Client has to provide a round seal with its name and address and an authorization letter giving Pulsebay permission to receive mails on behalf of Client. In case Client denies seal, Pulsebay may not be responsible for mails that are not delivered by Indian Postal Service or Private Courier Companies due to non-existence of seal.
Client can pick up the mails from the location free of cost. Pulsebay is not liable for any mails not collected within 60 days from receipt date. Client can ask Pulsebay to send the package / letter to its address. For that, Client will have to pay for packaging, shipping and handling and service fees. Pulsebay will determine the shipping fees and send an invoice to the Client.
Availability of Service
Pulsebay agrees Client to operate with Air Conditioning for up to 12 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
Termination of Service
Client or Pulsebay may decide to terminate the service with a minimum of 2-month notice. This agreement is automatically terminated upon nonpayment of coworking charges for 1 month with deduction of such charges, penalties and any other damages or charges applicable from the security deposit. Upon termination of this agreement, the Client must cease to use the Designated Address IMMEDIATELY on business cards, Websites, stationery, advertising material and registration with third parties. Pulsebay deserves the right to act against those who found in breach of this requirement.
Pulsebay reserves the right to terminate the service and this agreement without notice for any Client whose activity might adversely affect Pulsebay reputation or Pulsebay’s normal operation. Pulsebay may terminate the service at any time in case the Client violates any clause in this Agreement.
Nature of Business
Client has to explain its nature of business in writing on this agreement. The Client agrees with Pulsebay not to carry on any business which could be construed illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene and agrees not to use the address of Pulsebay whether directly or indirectly for any such purpose or purposes. If the Client changes nature of business, it must notify Pulsebay in writing.
The Client should not directly or indirectly or though agents operate a business that competes with Pulsebay’s business of providing serviced offices and virtual offices, shared conference rooms, coworking space and meeting rooms. The client should also not operate Medical Billing related services.
Pulsebay will not be liable for any loss sustained as a result of Pulsebay failure to provide a Service as a result of any Software Glitches, Mechanical breakdown, Strike, Loss of electric power, or termination of Pulsebay interest in the building containing the office. Pulsebay does not accept liability for actions, services of/by third parties in anyway whatsoever, including delays & Non-receipt of messages or communication due to delays or failures in the email, SMS or fax systems, Phone, courier or postal service.
Further, Pulsebay shall not be responsible or liable to Client for any loss or damage resulting to Client by reason including but not limited to flood, fire, hurricane, riots, explosion, acts of God, war, terror, governmental action, or any other cause which is beyond reasonable control of Pulsebay.
Client recognizes that it may, in the course of obtaining or using the Services, come into possession of or learn confidential and proprietary business information of (“Confidential Information”) about Pulsebay. Client agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter: (a) Client shall provide, at a minimum, the care to avoid disclosure of unauthorized use of Confidential Information as is provided with respect to Client’s own similar information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care; (b) Client will use Confidential Information solely for the purposes of this Agreement; and (c) Client will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the express prior written consent of Pulsebay.
Similarly, Pulsebay recognizes that it may, in the course of obtaining or using the Services, come into possession of or learn confidential and proprietary business information of (“Confidential Information”) about Client. Pulsebay agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter Pulsebay shall provide, at a minimum, the care to avoid disclosure of unauthorized use of Confidential Information of Client. If Pulsebay transfers its business or any business segment that provides services to Client, Pulsebay is authorized to transfer all user information to Pulsebay’s successor.
All programs, services, processes, designs, software, technologies, trademarks, trade names, inventions and materials comprising the Service are wholly owned by the Pulsebay and/or its licensors and service providers except where expressly stated otherwise.
Client hereby authorizes Pulsebay to charge any applicable variable fees including fees incurred for any potential damages. You will not damage, deface or alter the space, furniture, furnishings, walls, ceilings, floors, equipment without approval from Pulsebay or make or suffer to be made any waste, obstruction or unlawful, improper or offensive use of the space or the common area facilities. You will not cause damage to any part of the building or our property or disturb the quiet enjoyment of any licensee or occupant of the building.
The space assigned to you will be in as good condition as when you first occupied it, normal wear and tear excepted, and we may apply additional charges in case of any damage to the facilities. We retain the right to enter your space with prior notice to inspect it, to make repairs and alterations as we reasonably deem necessary and the cost of any repair resulting from an act or omission by you or your employees, guests and invitees will be reimbursed to us by you upon demand. You assume all risks of loss with respect to your personal property and the personal property of your agents, employees, contractors and invitees, within or about the facilities. You agree to waive any and all acts of recovery against us, or our directors, licensors, officers, agents, servants and employees, for loss of, or damage to your property or the property of others that is under your control to the extent of such loss or damages covered or required to be covered by any insurance policy.
